Loved it

It’s the first time I’ve read a story set in this exact period. Well done, but I’m of course, put off by the way women were treated in this period of history. Nevertheless I enjoyed it.

I love the story

I love the story. I have the book but wanted it to listen to as well. The narrator of the book was okay at best. Ms. Bertrice Small was an amazing author and could take you anywhere in the world. Just need a better narrator.
