Description

Decent Story
Decent story that keeps you listening. Would have been better without the B Grade soft porn attempt by the author. Looses story credibility and makes the story sound like a high school boy wrote it!

Passable but shallow
It was a fun enough story for being included with my Audible subscription. It’s fantasy is both senses of the word: scenario and sexually. The scenario is both worst case (end of the world) and best case (exactly the right people find each other within days). The story is linear, predictable and without layers. But it was still a fun driving book. Something g to half-listen to while in a long trip. I’ll try book two since I know I can return it if it’s worse. Maybe it gets better.

moves along quickly.
I enjoyed the story. pace was good and characters were quirky enough to keep me interested. I will purchase the next book. Sex scenes were not too graphic and fit in the story line well enough.

Great listen, easy to follow and get hooked in.
I loves the simplicity of the character development, the variety of skills provided and specialists.
The fact that a tiny portion of the population survives makes it even more scary. The reality of bad eggs also makes it so.
Very relatable and realistic possibility. Plus a few spicy scenes.
A fun listen.

Not bad
If you just want to turn your brain off and listen this is a good book. But otherwise the story reads like it was written by a 16yr old. Survive the apocalypse with nice truck, nice guns, and of course all the food and hot women that lust after you.

Too Convenient
Pick the ideal group to survive the apocalypse. Watch almost everything go right for them. Then a weird and unnecessary bad guy comes out of the blue. Not the best apocalypse book in here.

Two kinds of porn in one book
You can immediately tell this book was written by a man. Despite actually saying “I want to get to know you” multiple times, we really know nothing about the women. They have no depth and every single one wants to sleep with the protagonist. Graphic descriptions of sex are just not well written, not to mention unrealistic.
The premise is kind of boring and it’s definitely missing a lot of things that would be happening in this version of the apocalypse.
Basically if you’re looking for prepper porn and an attempt at actual porn, this is the book for you.
