A much needed rememberance.

Let these words sink into your true being. Know that this is not Moojibaba speaking, but you to yourself.

A great way to begin my meditation.

Really quiets my mind and introduces me to emptiness instead of searching endlessly for years to get quiet enough. Thank you!

Quality of being

This book contains intro and two version of the stories (longer and shorter) meant to deconstruct intellectual mind and free it into vastness of isness.

Mooji's voice is beautifully recorded - rich in sound and the silence between words. Wonderful choice of well tuned music makes it a rounded gem of a production. Thank you.

There is something funny in a review that expected something more but it is also not factual since it says this is the same as a recording played before every satsang. That is not the case; as mentioned, here are two recordings here and before satsang only the shorter one is played.

That said, even that is plenty so if you feel you don't need this, just keep enjoying the videos. This is the KIS version although I'd love to hear more of Mooji's books narrated by himself. There is richness in that voice.

Liberating - awakening is easy

This recording is freedom. I was skeptical at first and then it blew my mind away. Quite literally. I listen to this most days now. It’s changed my life.

A beautiful practice of self inquiry

I have been studying with Mooji via UTube for about a year and the peace that I have received as a result of his pointings have been a Blessing. In the invitation, we are taken into the most sacred of journeys, the journey within. As we rest in the peace of our our true nature, we are transformed. As a Licensed Therapist and Life Coach, I not only personally use this practice but recommend it for my clients. May all who seek, find.

My favorite meditation, period.

Empowering, clear, and a genuine oasis in the overzealous market of "self-help."
The fact that this is recorded in Mooji's own voice adds to the authenticity and to the transmission of the messages embedded in this surprisingly simple and enduring gift of peacefulness. I am so so happy to have found this on Audible. Thank you!

Much Love.

I am thankful for Sri Mooji and the people associated with him helping to put this work out. My life has been tremendously blessed by it.

This is a guided meditation

This was my first exposure to Mooji. I listened to the audio twice, as it's fairly short. Mooji's voice is clear and engaging. Some of the questions he asks are quite thought-provoking. I found his words mostly understandable, but at times slightly too esoteric.

Ultimately, I felt that listening to his guidance contradicted his thesis of emptying the mind. His language is also too suggestive, which I found to be more leading than guiding. Especially his attitude towards ego and the mind being "bad"; for example, by discouraging the reader from being skeptical, and by speaking of the mind as something that "attacks". Maybe he just wasn't being clear enough to me--he uses a lot of highly poetic language.

I wasn't expecting a guided meditation and didn't experience any "immediate" awakening. My view of awakening, enlightenment, or whatever you may call it, is that it is part of a learning process, requiring time and effort. If you're interested in guided meditation, maybe this audio will benefit you. I suggest you listen for yourself if you're curious.
