Publisher's Summary

Have you noticed that your sweet little son has become rebellious and impossible to manage? Is it becoming increasingly difficult to reach an agreement, and every misunderstanding turns into a fight? Sometimes anger takes over and leads you to take actions you don't want? Do you want to get a sense of closeness and calm back into your home? Then this audiobook is for you!

Parent-child bonds are formed not through yelling and anger but love, trust, and effective communication. Children who grow up with parents who don't learn to control their anger are at risk of becoming violent in their own relationships. On the other hand, children raised in calm households where communication is valued learn to relate to others, manage their emotions, and trust their parents.

Anger can be a destructive emotion that controls our lives and damages our relationships with ourselves and others. But you don't need to live like this.

This guide focuses on this complex and emotional issue, helping you understand your anger like never before and find healthier ways of dealing with it.

From discovering your "style" of anger and how you express it to positive releases and techniques for dealing with it, this guide is a powerful tool for psychological health. With a focus on honest self-reflection and self-healing, this impactful book will help you break down your mindset around anger and find healthier ways to prevent, deal with, and express it.

You'll discover:

  • Manage your lifestyle to help you deal with anger
  • Calming strategies to help you move past anger when you feel it growing

Very Helpful tips (if Applied)

The narrators were excellent. The exercises for breathing and mindfulness were helpful...even though familiar to me, it was helpful to have their daily practice reinforced. Very good guide. Thank you!

The guide every parent needs!!!💜

I learnt some interesting new ways of thinking: how my mood = my thoughts (stuff I already knew through CBT but perhaps I believed this more after this course), the importance of maintaining control instead of regaining control through breathing exercises/meditation. I'm hopeful I can make positive changes in controlling my anger/sadness from this audiobook, which is ultimately the most important thing here.

I feel like a lot of these tricks could help me cool down before I explode and say hurtful things to my friends and family.

Easy to listen and Implement

This audio-book has been very helpful, yet a rude awakening. It is amazing that there are so many tools out there to help and until now they have been to me unnoticed. I am eager to take what I have learned so far and apply it in my life. My anger has brought so much turmoil and I have destroyed some of the best relationships Ive had. The most Love I have ever head I hurt because of my anger. The steps I am taking to heal myself may not heal the ones I have hurt. The love I can try to show them may allow for some sort of difference. I hope anyway. I hope that my anger wasn't to far out of control before I chose to get help. I hope my efforts can pronounce themselves in my life from here on out. Thank you for these tools!! My mind and heart have been woken to much more that I thought possible.

Very useful

This audiobook goes beyond simply addressing techniques by which you can manage anger. It addresses the foundation of anger (perception) and provides insight and tools with which we can self-examine in our daily lives, allowing us to fundamentally shift our perception and consequently rid our lives of anger’s control.
