Took 26years to find this book .

The missing piece of the puzzle that is needed to understand Anxiety and Panic. As a 26 year sufferer of GAD with some social Anxiety thrown in there for good mesure. This is a must read for anybody struggling. In the 3 days it took me to go through this book i noticed a difference in my anxiety level. "Uncomfortable but never Dangerous" these four words will change your life.
