This audiobook is an excellent way to learn

This audio book taught me so much about my baby. I actually felt bad for her after learning about the fourth trimester, it all makes so much sense and helps you learn a lot.

This is a helpful book.

This is a helpful book because this is an audio book, you can use this just before sleeping to have a good sleep all you need to do is close your eyes, take a deep breath in and listen to this audio book.

This book is fantastic!

This book is fantastic! My 18 month old daughter has always been a horrible sleeper! She was waking up constantly, which was making her and I not get much sleep. She is on night 4 and it's falling asleep with no fuss and is actually sleeping thru the night! If you're little one is a bad sleeper, this is the book that you need!
