Beyond Strange Lands is an action-packed and fantastical multi-cast audio drama that journeys across the Australian outback.

In 1982, the famous paranormal expert Grant Peters went missing while filming his TV show Legendary Australia. His wife Melissa was never able to find him. When Melissa herself disappears nearly forty years later, her daughter Fiona and grandson Ethan trace her to the small outback town of Boulia. There they discover a collection of old audio tapes that Melissa left behind: a set of clues they must follow if they're to solve this mystery in time. Insidious forces will stop at nothing to destroy them, and an impossibly ancient menace lurks deep beneath the ground, waiting for the chance to strike....

Original story with a great cast & supporting sfx

What a surprise, the performance was great, story was original and the supporting audio created atmosphere and depth not usually found in a podcast performance, all and all I rather enjoyed it.

it was ok

This was hard to follow. I found the story line to be very scattered. Will not recommend to my reading group.

Story wasnt bad. The kid was obnoxious.

It wasnt to bad, pretty original story actually. The hardest part was trying to ignore her whiney, clumsy teenage son. Wish the author had paired her with a stronger character

audio effects very distracting

I had no idea what was going on. It was incredibly distracting with the audio having what I can only assume was a strange filter which doesn't allow you to hear what the characters are saying a lot of the time.
