Publisher's Summary

Canada is blessed with thousands of kilometers of empty roads which seem to wind on forever through forested hills and between still blue lakes. What better way to explore them than by riding 40-year-old Italian motorbikes, famous for their dodgy electrics and sparse dealer network? Forty-year-old bikes, aged rider, thousands of kilometers of virtually unserviced empty roads in the middle of bear-, wolf-, and blackfly-infested wilderness - what could possibly go wrong?

Riding feelings for any rainy day

Fun stories that really resonated with my inner motorcycle-itus. owning an 82 virago myself for the last 18 or so years, it's so true in the way you get to know your bike. Nick's done a great job sharing the ups and .... well detours of a motorcycle adventure.

I think this is one of Nick Adams best works.

I think this is one of Nick's best works. I've read it twice and listened to it twice. It reminds me that anyone can ride pretty much anything pretty much anywhere all within low-budget means.
Nicks writing is very fun to read or listen to.
Highly recommended

Please tell "the road to missanabie"

really enjoyed your 3 books in print. I now listen to your audio books while riding my BMW Nick. It's a pleasure listening to your experiences on the roads of Ontario, Quebec and beyond. I'm eagerly awaiting "The Road to Missanabie", by far your best book I feel. thanks Nick well done mate.
