This is the best written, informative read that I have had in a long while. It’s not a diet book that says ears what you do. This is a book that starts with teaching you why you should do this and helps you understand your bodies metabolic needs, it’s functions and how to get healthy once you have that knowledge, then Dr. Harper proceeds to say this is how and by then we are on board because we want to be healthy. It’s a great read.
