Easy-to-Listen, Fun and Entertaining!
This is not your typical autobiography. Ellen talks about a few different life topics with an open heart and soul. She's a very kind and compassionate person, and that's what she teaches in the book as well.
I'd encourage you to listen to this book if you're looking for something light and pleasant.

love Ellen not the book
I had to take multiple breaks from the book. Its like being in her head... I would not recommend or read again.
I did laugh a couple of times but it was all over the place, didn't flow and was unfocused

It's like hearing a book by Dori
In true Ellen D form this book is fun, light and full of ramblings only Ellen could pull off. An easy read/listen to pass the time. Enjoy!

Awesome listen
I listened to this book and absolutely loved it. Ellen’s authentic and raw humour was the perfect way to jazz up my commutes and learn about her unique experiences. I would definitely recommend!

Smile on your face
This is such a great feel good book. I laughed out loud by myself so many times with this book! Side effects might be that people give you funny looks but then they smile after, so win-win!!

Maybe not what you’d expect
I love Ellen’s stand up, and her tv show. She comes across a tad different in her book. I was entertained, and a few chapters had me laughing out loud, but some just felt like time-filler. Not a linear story, but a collection of thoughts and observations. Almost as if someone wrote down every thought they had in a few months then put it in a book!
