I started this book because I don’t want to spend all my time working out. I want to be and feel healthier.
I have lost significant weight by changing my diet but my muscle mass is lacking.
I am not interested in training in a way that causes injury - been there done that.
If I had read this book when I was younger I think I would have dismissed it believing fitness/health can’t be this easy.
I look forward to testing it on myself.
