Publisher's Summary
Three cozy mystery audiobooks in one sweet bundle!
Book 1 - State of The Art Heist
Kacey Chance is an aspiring actress with a cute face and a plucky attitude. She's trying to break into Hollywood, but it isn't easy. She was the prettiest girl in her hometown, but in LA she's a dime a dozen.
When a friend offers Kacey a job working at a detective agency, the young actress jumps at the opportunity. Maybe this is the role she's been looking for.
The detective agency is unlike any she's ever seen in the movies. It's run by three handsome, single brothers and their sassy grandmother. Her first day at the agency is anything but boring. She's put on the case right away, infiltrating the world of LA's rich elites. Soon Kacey is finding clues for her new bosses, and having the time of her life.
But the agency is in trouble. The financial kind.
It's up to Kacey to solve the mystery of the State of the Art Heist, save the agency, and keep her new job, which really is the role of a lifetime.
Book 2 - Stunt Double Trouble
Kacey's latest assignment is to investigate a suspicious workplace accident. The victim, who worked at local hangout Rockburger, is seeking a large cash settlement.
A stakeout at the victim's residence reveals nosy neighbors and colorful roommates who drop hints that nothing about this accident is quite as it appears. Plus there's a mysterious stranger calling in anonymous tips.
Book 3 - Ready on Set Drama
Kacey Chance's new assignment takes her undercover, working as a personal assistant to a handsome actor. Someone is trying to destroy his career, and it's up to Kacey to find out who, and why.
Being on set is every bit as fun as Kacey imagined. The case seems easy enough, until she hits a moral dilemma. Exactly how far should an investigator go to discover the truth? Kacey doesn't want to ruin anyone's life, and yet, she finds herself holding secrets that could destroy careers.

I love these books!
I just love this series! These books remind me a bit of the Stephanie Plum series but much cleaner... which I love (I could never get past all the bad language in that series). Kacey is such a fun character, she was an aspiring actress who turned to a temp agency for work to pay the bills. She lands a job at a detective agency with three hot brothers and their intimidating and corky grandmother. There's mystery, suspense, drama, and comedy that made me laugh out loud throughout each of the books. To be able to get the first three books for one credit is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this series! I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

LAUGH-OUT-LOUD ENJOYMENT
STATE OF THE ART HEIST is the first book in the Booker Brothers Detective Agency series. This one definitely needs to be read first, as it is the introduction to all of the characters, though the cozy mystery is complete and stands alone. I loved that the opening chapter was a conversation between Kacey and the reader. In stage vernacular, she was breaking the fourth wall. It was fun and made me love her immediately. She’s already set the stage (see what I did there?) to make me read/listen to the next couple of books just to find out which brother – Harrison, Lucky, or Owen – she eventually chooses as her mate… and with whom the other brothers will pair up. I had a blast listening to this cozy mystery. The characters are fun and interesting. The story was laugh-out-loud enjoyment. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ STUNT DOUBLE TROUBLE is the second book in the Booker Brothers Detective Agency series. Though each will stand on their own, it is best to read them all and in the order of release. Maisie Dean puts the Cozy in Cozy Mysteries. I highly recommend this cozy, easy listening, detective agency series that includes a bit of romance, though we still don’t know who will win the fair hand of our lovely Kacey. All three of the handsome Booker brothers are worth their weight in gold and any of them would be a fine match for her. I have placed my bet; listen and make your prediction. In STUNT DOUBLE TROUBLE, the mystery is as tightly woven, as it should be, with a great ending twist. The familiar characters are becoming even more developed and the characters for the current story are wonderfully unique and quirky. This was highly entertaining for such a relatively short read. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ READY ON SET DRAMA is the third book in the Booker Brothers Detective Agency series. Though each will stand on their own, it is best to read them all and in the order of release This is the perfect timing for this story in the series. Kacey is faced with her former life as an actress while investigating her newest assignment. She is established as a PI, but starting to feel a longing to return to return to the limelight. The push and pull can be strong. How about this for a twist in a cozy mystery? There is no body. Nobody died! Instead, this is a straight up investigative job for Kacey on the studio set of a pilot episode of a new show. This story was more about the psychology of sabotage for their client and Kacey’s decision to stay with the firm or return to acting. I love this series and I’m enjoying every episode. The first paragraph, it was hinted that Kacey will eventually be romantically connected with one of the Booker Brothers. Three books in and we don’t know which one yet. I love the anticipation! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Narration: The narrator is Marie Hoffman, so of course I thought it was a wonderful job done. She is one of my favorite narrators. I love listening to her conversational style of delivery. She consistently nails her part in bringing a book to life – entertaining with clear articulation, enunciation, and pronunciation. What more could you ask? Her voice is beautiful. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Note: While I received this box set as a gifted audiobook copy, my opinions are my own and are given freely. Title: BOOKER BROTHERS DETECTIVE AGENCY – 3 BOOK BOX SET Series: Booker Brothers Detective Agency #1 - 3 Category /Genre: Cozy Mystery Recommended for: 14+ due to mature concepts Listenability: OK for ears Received from: Maisie Dean (as an Audible gifted copy)

I enjoy these books.
These books contain mysteries to solve and are each very different while maintaining the flow of the books and building relationships between the detectives. Even after reading the first three, I don't know which brother wins the girl. I look forward to additional clues in future books. I received these books from the author for a true review. I really enjoy them.

This series is simply fantastic
This is a series that it's worth of trying: it's fun, engaging and well-written, perfect choice for those who love cosies =D State of the Art Heist I loved it! Kacey Chance has decided that the acting career is not for her, so she's looking for a new one, and detective sounds like a good choice. Kacey is a great character, smart and hilarious and really sensible (yes, even with that thing in the French maid skimpy outfit!), and the rest of them are also interesting. Stunt Double Trouble I really enjoyed the story, and the characters are still simply delightful. The plot is solid, the writing enticing, and it won't take you a lot of time (a little over four hours) to listen to it. It's entertaining, it's fun and will leave you with a smile in your face. Ready on Set Drama I keep loving this series, and this was the best book so far. Kacey is working undercover on a set, and being back on one brings her doubts about her choices. Is she really willing to leave her aspirations of being an actress behind? Maybe she could try again... As always, the plot is really well done, and the characters, new and old, are delightful. The narrator is Marie Hoffman, which is always a win :)

Great lighthearted murder mysteries!
Booker Brothers Mysteries, Books 1-3 by Maisie Dean and narrated Maria Hoffman is an audible book I requested and the review is voluntary. Book 1. State of the Art Heist by Maisie Dean and narrated by Marie Hoffman is an audible book I requested and the review is voluntary. This is an enjoyable read with fun characters and a great plot. Shock! I am listening to a book that is not paranormal!!! It is still wonderful even without ghosts and the supernatural! Lol! A would-be actress gives up and decided to get a job that pays and she is giving up on acting. She finds a job in a investigation office. She thinks it will be boring but little did she know she would be in the middle of the case! Great fun with bits of humor sprinkled in! The narration was very complementary to the story! Great job!!! Book 2. Stunt Double Trouble by Maisie Dean and narrated by Marie Hoffman is an audible book I requested and the review is voluntary. This adventure takes our gal on a case to unravel a insurance claim. As she gets deeper in the case, the deadly the case gets for our PI gal! (The brothers are also cute in their own way too! ) The ending is unpredictable and shocking! Great story! Narration was good! Book 3. Ready On Set Drama Booker Brothers Detective Agency, Book 3 By: Maisie Dean Narrated by: Marie Hoffman This is an audible book I requested and the review is voluntary. These are short and clean books and sprinkled heavily with humor which makes them nice to relax with! This time Kacey really does some soul searching as she does her job. She gets a call to help investigate at a studio. Before she wanted to be an actress and had given up, mostly, to work for the detective agency. Now that she is back with the actors, the lights, etc. She isn't sure she wants to quit looking now. In the middle of this, she has a job to do. I really liked this one. This mystery had me stumped. Great mystery. Wonderful characters that I have grown to love! The author makes them seem so realistic! A believable story and told in a very exciting way. Great book!

These Booker Brothers Mysteries are so much fun...
Getting all three of these fun books in a bundle is a great use of a credit and a terrific deal. Here are my reviews for each of the three books in the series: State of The Art Heist: State of the Art Heist is the first in a new cozy mystery series, and it features Kacey Chance, a young, Hollywood wannabe actress. She decides to leave the acting profession behind and experience new career prospects until she starts working at the Booker Brothers Detective Agency. She immediately knows that the private detective field and working with the Booker Brothers is her future. Her new bosses are Harrison, the uptight, ultra conservative brother, Lucky, the carefree, charming brother, and Owen, the shy, introverted tech guru brother. Throw in a retired (sort of) grandmother, several quirky clients, friends and suspects, and you have the makings for a delightful new series. Not only did I enjoy the character interactions, there were several twists and turns in the mystery, and the author kept me guessing until the end. Stunt Double Trouble: In Stunt Double Trouble, Kacey teams up with her fellow detectives at the Booker Detective Agency to solve another mystery. Although I might not be the best judge since I read the first book, I believe this book could be enjoyed as a standalone. Kacey is a former actress in Hollywood whose new profession is working as a junior detective with the three Booker brothers at their detective agency. With several successfully solved cases under her belt, Kacey is becoming more comfortable in her new role. However, she is still navigating her place between the Booker brothers, all of whom might or might not have romantic inclinations towards her. Each of the brothers has a unique and completely opposite personality, and I enjoyed watching Kacey further deepen and cement her relationship with each and with the group as a whole. In addition to terrific interactions between Kacey and the Booker Brothers, the author creates an intriguing mystery that kept me guessing - unsuccessfully I might add - until the very end of the book. An insurance company hires the Booker Detective Agency to investigate a potential case of fraud, and through stakeouts of and research into the claimant, the detective quartet quickly realize something isn't right with the case. However, even they end up being surprised at just how right they are about the underlying wrongness of the scenario. If you enjoy a fairly lighthearted cozy mystery with plenty of perplexing clues, little to no personal drama, and lots of good fun, Ready On Set Drama: Ready On Set Drama is the third book in this series featuring Kacey Chance, a former aspiring Hollywood actress now working for a detective agency. I think this book could be enjoyed without reading the other two first, but I highly recommend the entire series if you like a good whodunit mystery with a spunky (somewhat amateur) detective. In this third book, Kacey must work as the personal assistance to a Hollywood actor, so she can investigate what he believes is a whisper campaign designed to sabotage his rising stardom. This leads Kacey to all kinds of funny situations which had me alternating between shaking my head and laughing out loud. This book also focuses on some personal introspection and growth for Kacey as she is exposed to the lure of the career she thought she left behind. If you are looking for a mystery that is free of swearing, sex and violence but packed with plenty of action and fun, you can't beat Kacey Chance. Marie Hoffman narrates all three books in the series, and her voice and delivery are perfect for Kacey's bubbly, quirky personality. Hoffman doesn't differentiate overly between characters, but she does just enough, so that I always followed which character was speaking. I am anxiously awaiting the release of book four on Audible, and it absolutely must be narrated by Hoffman. I received a copy of this audiobook at my request in exchange for this honest review.

Love this series.
This is fantastic series. This series is about an actor named Kacey. She decides to give up acting and goes to work for the Booker Brothers detective agency. Mix Kacey and the brothers together and you are in for a hilarious ride. I recommend this series if you love funny characters and crazy antics. The narrator Marie Hoffman does an excellent job with the voices. I was gifted these books at my request in exchange for an honest review. However, these books are well work the credit/money you pay for them. I look forward to book 4.
