Very Helpful

This book has been very helpful for me since I was diagnosed with BPD. It is definitely a dx that carries alot of confusion and social stigma. This book breaks things down in a non judgemental way as well as a structured way that helps set expectations and guides you through the workbook.

Wonderful resource

Wonderful workbook to use alongside the author’s YouTube videos. My favorite things about it is that is a very self-explorational workbook - discovering your primary symptoms, sub type(s), triggers, etc. and then it teaches you how to combat those specific symptoms. The only drawback is that I wish it utilized more DBT methods, but if you get a DBT workbook as well they’d go perfectly together, filling in what the other lacks. It’s great used on its own but even better with a therapist. Definitely worth the price. I’ve learned so much more about myself, and why I say and do what I do, and most importantly, the tools I need to make positive change. This workbook has given me an optimistic and hopeful outlook.
