my first Lee Winter book and it was marvelous, so exciting and i love how she woves the storyline, I will definitely look for more. Angela was most excellent narrator with all her change of accents really made the book come alive

One of the most insightful lesbian novels I've read. Complex characters, ironic plotlines, and great character development. Highly recommend!

Lee Winter does it again! The slow burn was sooo good. The scenarios that forces the MCs to be together, but not together, made me not able to take my earbuds out. The side characters were also well formed and entertaining.
Angela Dawe's performance was captivating. she really brings the characters to life. you hear all the emotions that the characters are experiencing through her reading of their dialogue, even before the descriptions are read out. There's narrators out there who reuse the same voices from book to book even if they're completely different characters, but Dawe creates new voices every time!

I absolutely adored this story oh my goodness. I didn’t want to stop, I just wanted to know what happens next. It’s a story I would’ve loved to see more of in the media as well. So beautifully written that I found myself smiling so much throughout the book. The narrator is so impressive as well she really brought the story to life. Highly recommend!

This was another wonderful gem by Lee Winter. The narration was superb and just how she manages all those different accents and voices I don’t understand but it’s wonderfully written and narrated. Couldn’t stop listening!
