Publisher's Summary

What if the key to your freedom is hanging on the tip of your own nose? Would you grab it?

Over the past decade, Daniel Eisenman has been hosting and facilitating epic retreats in some of the most beautiful places on Earth. He has picked at the golden threads and patterns of human interactions and noticed that so many people kept a lid on their genius, their joy, their growth. This was a self-imposed limitation that kept them in a prison of their own design.

Within Breaking Normal you'll find your personal retreat experience in its most powerful, dynamic, and raw form. The practices and exercises are designed to help you reach deep into your very soul and claim your best dream for yourself and your family.

This book simply shares what Daniel does to ultimately create a safe place for fun, adventure, healing, and transformation. He invites you to sample what it means to be raw and vulnerable, excited, and glowing in the sacred knowledge that your future is whatever you imagine it to be.

POWERFUL!!!

I love that the author himself narrated the audiobook and frankly, I wouldn't want to listen to anybody else talking about the content that's in there!

It was a very refreshing experience and I gained (and even re-gained) a lot of wisdom from applying what he talks about.

It was one beautiful and powerful journey to listen to this audiobook and I'm re-listening to it as I write this!

Great read!! Game changer!

This one went by like a breeze!! Great read! Had me introspecting and laughing at the same time. This book is all about self-awareness, going back to who you truly are by watching yourself, being radically honest and observing your thoughts and actions. If you're ready to say YES to your weirdness, get out of your comfort zone and have a good nervous laugh exploring this "FUNcomfortable zone" Daniel describes so well, this book is for YOU!

Thank you Daniel

I've been living in a head space of scarcity for so long that I'd nearly lost hope for a more abundant life. Then I discovered Breaking Normal and everything started to shift. I listened to the Audible version a couple of times then bought the ebook so I could highlight my favourite parts in the Kindle app. I've been amazed at how the exercises have already helped me i.e. being more present with self and others, awareness of the stories I tell myself, reconnecting with the spirit of my inner child, not hiding my unique perspective and gifts etc. My favourite has been embracing, even seeking out experiences that challenge my comfort level physically and emotionally. I love the reward of aliveness this one brings. Breaking Normal has reaffirmed several of my perspectives and beliefs that don't align with the "normal" common sense of 95% of people on the corner. I'm ready to own my light and align even closer to my authentic self and celebrate others to do the same. "I do me and you do You"!

Exactly what I need!

I haven't even finished it yet, but this book already has so many insights that speak to me. Coming to terms with who I am and accepting myself for who I am, has always been a struggle which I think is true for most everyone. This book helps put into words what most of us subconsciously know and feel and yet fear.

Being authentic 101

I love Daniel. He has great energy.

This book is a basic guide on how to be your genuine and true self. However, NOT for those who have already achieved this state of ‘being-genuine’ to your soul. He expands on spiritually basic concepts well known to leading a good life. Lots of ideas which I feel could have been organized better.

Overall good book, with a good message. Looking forward to more complex ideas expanded on by him.
