Insightful and helpful.

A book with tools that actually work when applied. It focuses on our true inner self, getting past our personal narrative, which is not who we really are, and helps the reader to develop a higher awareness about themself.

Great book

This book goes to notions, concepts, and actual examples and exercises that are logical and can be implemented through you life. The thing that i love about this book is that all off those notions that you learn in this book can be implemented through all of your day to day life by helping you to be present in the moment and being aware of all of your behaviour and decisions. It teaches you how to properly talk to yourself as a human being that is growing, and can always improve with the proper guidance and none judgemental self contient inner voice.
Really recommend.
Will read again to take more notes.

Amazing exercises

Provides good and concise advice/exercises backed with real life scenario examples. Helpful for a recovering addict like myself to "detox" and develop strategies to avoid relapse, guilt, shame, and depression.

A little boring

It was read as if very interesting and informative. So kudos to the orator. But the book itself I found dull.
