Helped me to process negative self thoughts

Loved it and will listen to it again!

I set a goal to listen to one chapter of a book every day and this book is what I started with. This book has filled me with motivation to keep at my goals (big or small) and the tools to help me achieve them (even when I struggle). RECOMMEND!!

Great info

Worth the listen, absolutely, but I have run into better literature on the same subjects. that said, I do like how she organizes these episodes.

very helpful!

I took the time to listen to a chapter each morning (as I'm forming the new habit of getting up an hour earlier!) and I found listening to Rebecca a great way to start my day with reflection and intention. Coffee in hand and notebook at the ready I really did get a lot out of this audiobook.

Good habit stack and track

Liked her voice and well thought out ideas that were bite sized for 20m chapters or sessions and gave some solid suggestions on how to work backwards and pick apart your automatic, self sabatoging habits that are opposite from your goals or core values. Simple but great!

Accessible and easily digestible

This was a lovely gentle approach to addressing the self sabotage so prevalent in my brain and I am sure I am not alone. Rebecca presents this material in short chapters, using every day language and offers suggestions that are pragmatic and doable.

Love it,

The habits are such a good book. But with Dr. Rebecca Ray. You will learn how to get back on track if you fail and now to be kind to yourself and how to pull yourself together again and again and again.
