I have a hard copy of the book and wanted the audio version. It is a great book. The only thing I wish is that this audio version was divided by “chapters” making it easier to choose a specific mindful exercise. I’m going to have to write down the exact spot for each of the 30 exercises which I feel should have been done for me.
