great book!

I really like this book. it's one of the better one's. I find it annoying that the chapters don't have titles in audible though. that's an issue with a lot of audible books though.

Worth the listen but better hard copy

Great and essential knowledge but the narrators tones in sentences threw me off. I had to rewind many times because I was busy thinking about how the narrators verbal high and low tones within sentences seemed to be in the wrong places many times. Otherwise it is a very helpful book and the author is very knowledgeable

Great Listen

Great book! Good information and intelligent practical insights into the complex world of Marketing and Branding.
Highly recommend if you are in anyway interested in taking Action on building a better Brand.

Some good info but...

I can’t quite decide whether it is the way the book is written or the way it is read that makes me feel I’m being talked down to. There is a level of condescension to the presentation that is very off-putting. I’ve heard or read about two thirds of this content in other books but the other third is valuable. It’s worth a listen if you can get past the feeling of being patted on the head every 10 minutes.
