Publisher's Summary

Personal growth and self-development are essential for attaining goals when navigating the fast-paced, ever-changing business world. Plunder a vast wealth of knowledge with the non-fiction best seller Think and Grow Rich.

Napoleon Hill, the American motivational mastermind, spent 25 years interviewing over 500 of the most successful people of his age. He gathered an in-depth understanding of their experiences by studying their habits, unlocking the law of success, the secret to accumulating great wealth and financial freedom. The result is this title, a guide to self-improvement and the science of getting rich.

The unabridged self-help book, read by Russ Williams, teaches you how to think like the rich and behave like them. It shows Hill’s principles of success and wealth and how to change your life—a formula identified as the "13 Steps of Riches," a "Philosophy of Achievement." Hill talks about the importance of a positive mental attitude. He explains how to understand the subconscious mind and use it to achieve. The book also explains how to both set and reach goals. You can learn to foster a better mindset and belief in your abilities.

Top achievers Bill Gates and Steven Spielberg have praised the book for influencing their success stories. Hill’s philosophies are as valid today as when first printed in 1937.

Worst Book I've listened to on Audible!

This book has almost no redeeming qualities. At least a third of this book could be cut as it is just the author saying over and over how great the book is and how profound an affect it will have on your life. After the author finally starts to get into it, he tells a rambling anecdote to illustrate how determination is an important quality to possess if you want to be successful -how illuminating! It goes downhill fast from there. Here are just a few of the pearls of wisdom that followed: Deafness can be cured by wanting to hear, Prayer is essential to wealth accumulation, Visualize a -very- specific amount of money and your mind will bring it to you, By surrounding yourself with intelligent people you can gain insights through their brain vibrations, Use your psychic powers to gain a sixth sense akin to telepathy, Transmuting your sexual energy into power brings success, Don't be afraid of ghosts . . . and more! TLDR: This is not a useful self help or business strategy book. It is an out of date assembly anecdotes about early 20th century business magnates, woven together with mystical assertions about how they gained their wealth.

Horrid

The literary equivalent of thoughts and prayers. I bet the amount of millions lost far exceeds the amount gained by the influences of this book

good but a bit outdated

it's fun to have a perspective of the world from nearly 100 years ago, but some of the concepts and point of view are a bit outdated!

A must.

A classic in mindset and affirmations where you just trust the process instead of question it.

Felt like a psychology class.

I was looking for something more practical, for example, investing strategies, business ideas, etc. Instead, this book offers a lot information on managing one's emotions, fears, desires, and persistence, in order to become successful.

Severely dated

I found this title barely worth the time to listen at 1.5x speed. outdated information for our times
