Alex cross books never fail to keep the reader engaged. I have several Alex Cross mysteries and have enjoyed them all

This is the third book in the series. After listening to the first two, you get a sense of the characters and associate a particular voice with each one. This narration was disturbing - I almost stopped listening. Alex Cross sounded like an uneducated hick from the Deep South - John Samson even worse! I hope the next in series is better than this one!

Without question the worst Narrator I have ever heard. It was a struggle for me to get thru the book. I enjoy James Patterson books and the series, but was confused when the narrator even pronounced the bad guys name wrong. Would not recommend using this narrator again. Good Story, if you can make it past the narration

Good Story, Terrible narrator

Once you start listening to this series you kinda have to keep going but omg the narrating is bad. It’s like the person’s second language is English. They mispronounce words like interpol. It can be very hard to get around. Not to mention the accents and different voices don’t seem to match anything I have in my head except for a tiny bit of a French one that lasted for 15 seconds.

Just get through it.
