Publisher's Summary

An exciting, thrilling, complete navy seal romance novel.

No cliffhanger.

Gretchen is reeling from the loss of her toxic boyfriend. Feeling lonely and in need of human contact she heads to her local bar. Her town was full of handsome, muscular military men and after not long she catches the eye of a Navy SEAL, James.

However, James is wrestling with his own demons. Being on tour always leaves a mark on a soldier, and James feels perturbed knowing his friends are still in the middle of a war zone. But the nearness of Gretchen puts his soul at ease, and he hopes that he can make things right and just keep her safe.

The past has a way of catching up, and their relationship is put to test when Gretchen’s old boyfriend steps back into town. Will they be able to weather the storm, or will they let something so special crumble before their eyes?

I LIKED IT!

I really enjoyed it. Although this story is quick it doesn't lack in entertainment. The narration was great and will keep you entertained. The author did a great job with the characters. This was not my first book by this author, I read The Navy Seals Delivery and enjoyed it as well. I look forward to reading more of her books. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Great Read

Claimed by the Navy Seal: Military Romance was a great read by Sarah Mitchell. Gretchen lost her toxic boyfriend and although the relationship was toxic, she is reeling from the loss. She goes to the local bar where she catches the eye of a Navy Seal, James. He is dealing with demons that come from his time on tour as a soldier. Although he worries about his friends that are still at war, he almost feels a peace when Gretchen is near him. I loved reading Gretchen and James’ story and can’t wait to read more by Sarah Mitchell. Bridget Bordeaux did a great job of narrating the characters and taking you on their journey.

Quick and easy

This is a quick listen, a little too quick as I think it could have used a little more development. Gretchen is at a bar after a horrible break up and is attracted to James, a military man with his own problems. Though they have chemistry, the story moves too quickly to let it build. With Grethchen's ex boyfriend and some PTSD issues, these two have some mountains to climb to find their happily ever after, Will they be able to with the what's in store for them? Give it a listen! Bridget Bordeaux does a good job with the narration, adding a lot to the bond between the characters. I enjoyed her performance.

Good narrating

I'm not sure what to say about this story. It is rather confusing at times. Gretchen even tho I feel bad for her because of the abuse appears to be a drunk. James is haunted by his past and has PTSD.
I understood what the story wanted to say but didn't really get there.

I'm not going to say more because of spoilers. Suffice it to say the characterization was non-existent and the story inconsistent.

Bridget Bordeaux did a good job narrating.

I recieved a free Audible copy of this story, at my request, in exchange for a honest review.
