Try this as well as or before your therapy

Try this as well as or before your therapy, understand what CBT is and apply it in your own life, it definitely helps when you apply all the techniques as I have found in my own life! Highly recommend to all.

Love this manual

This audio book is great. It provides a 30 Highly Effective Tips and Tricks. This audio book gives insight on why some people may be paralyzed by a situation and others may be able to approach the same situation in a completely calm way. I liked this audio book very much and I highly recommend it for those who are in need of such type of information.
