a very useful little resource

this is short and packed with a lot of punch. The narrator has a nice calm and professional delivery. He is not affected like so many self-help books narrators are. although this is essentially a summary of the different ways in which CBT can be effective, it also holds within it, many practical skills that you can put to use by yourself. It has lots of resources and really paints a Vivid picture of this style of therapy. I found myself writing down many useful notes that I look forward to reviewing and putting into practice.
