Decent

The book is well written and helps getting you on the path of managing Anxiety. The only negative is ,while being mostly scientific, author sneaks in with religious brick and smack you on the head and before you know what happened author is back to scientific talk and waiting for next opportunity to squeeze in God's idea in the narrative. I don't mind spirituality talk even tarot cards for fun. just don't appreciate the suggestion of omnipotent omniscient and omnipresent brings any value to recovering from mental health issues.

Absolutely loved The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

I absolutely loved this book. It teaches a lot about what CBT is, why we feel anxiety, fear, and depression, as well as how to overcome harmful negative thoughts.
