This book doesn’t feel like a fully done story. It’s missing depth. And the male narrator isn’t great…

I didn't have a problem with the story, it was fine. But I hated the guy... literally can't remember his name and just stopped reading it. I didn't like the way he talked to... the girl. I feel like he was super manipulative and he kept calling her 'baby girl'. I feel like there's a fine line... "baby" is fine but "baby girl" feels weird to me and he kept calling her that during the steamy scenes. I also wasn't huge on the guy narrator either, he sounded like a math teacher not a hockey player. DNF for me unfortunately.
