Very good read

I enjoyed this book very much. I found it thrilling and suspenseful and glad for the twists and turns in this story.I listened on my flight going on vacation and returning. An enjoyable listen. The writing by this author was good and the narration very good as well.I did fast forward a few times with the mundane repetitiveness . However, it kept my interest all the way. Surprising ending and shocking as well. It’s worth a Credit. Thank you for including it for me Audibles Plus.

Unexpected moments, overall a good listen

I don’t know why the previous bad review. There were moments that I didn’t like the main character, but all in all, I wanted to know how it ended.

Generous use of the fast forward arrow got me through,

By chapter 26 it seemed the only solution for this dysfunctional family would be years and years of family counselling and therapy. Instead, all they needed was an a few quick sorries, and all was well. I guess all the money and time used to keep the suicidal daughter institutionalized was an actual waste. All they had to do was say sorry and BAM! goodbye, thirty years of trauma and resentment plus some kind of mysterious damage to the frontal lobe. I got through this book thanks to my generous use of the fast forward arrow
