Not this one

No, this definitely was not soothing or even close to getting me to sleep. the sound playing in the background was distracting and weird. definitely will not be listening to again.

Found very useful

If you suffer form insomnia I cannot recommend your trying this enough. I did just thinking it was not going to help me but it makes me fall asleep with my headphones on every single night! I am so grateful and happy I found this!!

Very useful guide

I used it to go to sleep every night. I feel like it helps me to get to sleep much quicker! My son is a fan as well and he's out in less than 10 minutes once he starts playing!

Realistic and useful audible

This book is great! I never make it past chapter 2 and I am out! Sleep well and wake up refreshed and feeling great! I have only been using it a few days but so far so good. I highly recommend it for anyone with insomnia.

Buyer beware

The audio is unbalanced. A synthesizer repeats two chords so loud that the dialog is almost drowned out. Terrible

Great mediation and lovely voice

This audiobook worked like a sleeping pill for me. I have trouble in sleeping at night. Heard about this audiobook from a friend and tried it. The soothing music works like a charm. No trouble to sleep at night now. George Nathan Jr uses mindfulness techniques to help train our mind to let go of stressful thoughts and prevent over-thinking that can intrude on our sleep. Whether anybody like me suffer from anxiety, OCD or depression, or are simply overcome by life stressors at the moment --- learning how to detach from these thoughts at the end of the day will enable us to relax and get the rest we need.

I had to take sleeping pills in order to get myself fall asleep. As time went on the sleeping pills were not working for me and i was having to take more and more just to get to sleep. Then i happen to see the Guided Deep Sleep Meditation and it changed everything. I fell asleep after the first 15 minutes I think, (don’t know for sure cause I’m sleeping you know) and slept through the night! I listen to the whole program for the seven days and i love them.

Get comfortable and go to sleep

It truly worked for me, it helped me unwind and nod off directly after. The program shows you something new consistently, yet you additionally rehash what you recently realized. So you end up having a pleasant sleep daily. I needed some help in getting a good sleep this days which i got through this audiobook.

It eases your mind and help you relax whenever you need to relax. Recommended. In this fast moving all God's creation, it is easy to get stressed out simply but by meditation that stress can be overwhelmed and this audiobook tells you how to do that. Finding the right guided meditation for anybody can be a bit of a cumbersome task.

With a search turning up thousands upon thousands of options -- where does one even begin? As at last, I have founded this best guided deep sleep meditation audiobook for sleep that Arthur Milton has offered. This 33 minutes audiobook Simply choose one that speaks for me, get comfortable and go to sleep.

Wow it Really Work

I honestly can count on this to put me into a deep sleep every time. I don't know what she does, but she is the most effective for me for falling fairly quickly into relaxation and then to sleep. I set my timer for the end of the chapter on the second chapter so the "this is audible" thing doesn't wake me up at the very end, which can happen with some audible meditations. Hope it works for you! Love this audiobook! It really does help me fall asleep.

Because I wake up frequently through the night, I love that it lasts almost 3 hrs and the majority of the ending is just a peaceful thunderstorm and rain with meditation music. It’s so soothing and helps me to fall back to sleep faster. I read some of the reviews and a couple of people mentioned there was horror movie sounds near the end. I did not hear those sounds. I’ll listen to this book every night. Thank you

volume imbalanced

The voice was to soft and the background music neither soothing nor quiet enough. Definitely not good to sleep to.
