Incredible

Interesting with insights into survivors mindset
Good and engaging read overall. Got a bit lengthy and repetitive towards the end of the book. Didn't provide much practical tips other than a short summary at the end.

Loved both sides of the story!
I really liked the storytelling side and I liked the psychological side of survival instincts and what it takes to survive

FASCINATING
I flew through this book. I am a typical city girl but I find psychology and the way people think and why, to be fascinating. The stories and questions in this book are so thought provoking. I hope I never find myself in the types of situations described in this book but if I do, I hope my fight, flight or freeze mechanisms engage in the right way, at the right time. Our emotions are crazy and this book explores how they can take the reigns without us fully understanding when, why, or how.

One of the best books I've read
This book is excellent, and everyone I've recommended it to agrees. Applies to one's personal life and career arguably as much as the great outdoors. #Audible1
