This is my first book by this author. It was very suspenseful at times and a good listen. I could not guess who the suspect was and for that it made the story very thrilling. Be aware that there are tons of medical talk in this story. Shocking ending. I didn’t see that coming!!!! What a phenomenal ending.

The narrator was great in tone but her heavy Southern accent was difficult to understand at times. I had to slow it down completely to actually get the words. However, once I got used to it everything fell into place.
The narration on different characters in this book was very humorous.
