It’s a really interesting start to this shifter series
There were some funny parts, some good spice and action & adventure.
Things are changing in the wolf shifter world as their numbers are dwindling with the law that they can only mate other wolfs.
A change is needed and it comes in the form of true mates no matter what form that may come in, human or other shifters.
His father was killed and he’s thrown into the Alpha roll. His mother surprises him with her forward views and the things she had already put into motion.
I love that there’s dragon shifter’s in this series even though we only get a peek I hope they play a bigger role in other books!

Kinda cheesy
It has a good pace and great sex chapters. Some of the lines are cheesy but it works .

It was good but I wouldn’t buy it
The story seemed a bit rushed and I feel like the narrators didn’t match the characters as well as I would’ve liked.

Engaging
I had to listen to this twice. The first time I listened to the beat of the story and how it's told (truly for research purposes). The second was for enjoyment. Both times I listened, I wasn't disappointed and learned a lot. Looking forward to reading/listening to more of her books.

solid read
There were quite a few funny parts in this, and others that spoke to my soul "I am not a lawyer, I am a librarian" (a literal phrase I have used, but I digress). Male narration not my favourite, but a solid read overall. I do recommend.

amazing story
