The highest-ranking Soviet bloc intelligence official ever to defect to the West, Lt. Gen. Ion Mihai Pacepa is at it again. Masterclass in disinformation

This book IS disinformation. After describing his experience with disinfo techniques, the author launches into a unnecessary diatribe painting Obama's administration as a corrupt communist nomenclatura.
