Publisher's Summary

The Talbot clan has settled in to life at Etna Station. Mike has earned the rank of Lieutenant, but there’s no time to rest. Colonel Bennington has ordered Mike and his squad of misfits on a secretive mission to New York City, where they are tasked to complete a complicated rescue that rapidly becomes nearly impossible to accomplish. Cut off from all support, they face what may be the single most dangerous threat to all mankind as a super predator emerges from the rubble of the once vibrant city, now a broken shadow of its former self.

As their mission becomes more covert and questionable than they had originally been told, Mike, BT, Gambo, and their team are forced to choose between the security of their families and what’s best for humanity. Will they succeed in what must be done? Or will they fall along the way as their ever-adapting, quickly evolving zombie enemies press the attack?

What the fuck Talbot

Gotta give the finale book 5 out of 5. listening to this wild series passed the time at work. getting lost in Mike Talbot's chaos will I worked away was very enjoyable. There are many parts in the series that may cause you to shake you head at the odd plot hole, or realizm inaccuracies. Still annoyed that a 410 shell is considered large caliber in this. But that to say the story flows well and has you on the edge of your seat at times. The voice acting is fantastic, and only improves as the series goes on and Sean nails down the characters. I got my brother listening to the series now, and I'm sure I'll listen to it again some day. Maybe after I go through Tufo's other work.

WWTD?

Mr. Tufo does again what we expect him to do. Nails it with a zombie killing framing hammer.
Not only is Talbot's humour dry, the insights into human nature that only Tufo can deliver through the inter character dialouge is priceless.
Preppin my cabin for the next installment.

Outstanding!

If I could give more than five stars I would. The twists and turns in this book are well thought out and leave me needing more. Whether you’re a zombie fiction fan or not, these books are action packed and witty. I would highly recommend to anyone!!

more bang!

Mike's journey keeps on getting more and more treacherous! To bad his antagonists couldn't just die off!

Getting a bit weird, but I'm still in.

I find the story is getting pretty far away from the zombies I signed up for initially but Mike and B.T are written so well that I will continue onward :) Sean Runnette is also a great narrator that I feel really adds personality to Mike.
