If you only have discussions with people who also took this course and the subject matter is always an honest disagreement, this course is very useful. Otherwise, this is just an ideal of what communication should look like.

It does not keep the progress
Progress keeps resetting, I gave up listening to it after multiple times. I even contacted the support and it didn't help. I don't know if it's an issue with this audio book content or and Audible issue

This book is for someone who has serious communication problems someone who doesn’t know how to listen to other people. Delivery of this book is also pretty bad.
