Nice to see Trump criticism coming from conservative
I have read a lot of left leaning criticism of Trump. All good of course, but it is refreshing to hear a conservative speaking truth about the Republican party’s deal with the devil.

Refreshing but no doubt a horror story.
My initial reaction to this book was how refreshing it was to hear someone who is conservative to be so open and honest about the damage this man is doing, with the republicans walking lockstep into the abyss. Listening to republicans do what they do is sickening. Great read, snarky, insightful. I'm hopeful that Mr Wilson's optimism about his country's ability to recover is correct. I've always felt that Trump will burn the U.S. to the ground to meet his own insatiable vices and needs, including re-election. And he has small hands. Keep fighting Mr Wilson!

Great listen from a hilarious author and narrator.
I found the book to be fun and informative. While I don't necessarily agree with everything Rick says, and not everything he has written stands the test of time, he no doubt has a powerful grasp of American culture and politics. Easy recommendation.

Fire & Fury, but with facts
I almost didn't download this because I've read several excellent on Trump, including David Corn's Russian Roulette, Katy Tur's take on the 2016 campaign, the WaPo editors' bio and the guilty pleasure of Fire & Fury -- but so glad I downloaded ETTD! Wilson is humourous, uses credible documented sources and brings his decades of Republican strategist experience to the story. He is also a 5 star narrator. So yes - you may have heard it before, but not told this neatly.
Having this available in audio upon release is one reason why #Audible1

ETTD - but there is still hope!
I don't know if in the time before Trump became president of the United States of America I would have ever listened to Rick Wilson, or followed what he has to say. Regardless of that, I found the book riveting, full of insider type details that puts the chaos of the Trump presidency into context. It is a cliffhanger in that we do not know if the Republican Party can take the actions needed to right itself and prevent its own downfall. #Audible1

Rick Wilson for Governor!
Only Rick Wilson could narrate his book. Rick gives us an unapologetic and sometimes a horrific look inside Trumpism. He gives us a very real and honest look inside the romper room presidency. It's hard to believe some of the things Trump did amd said were that of the leader of the free world. It is such a great listen you will want to listen more than once. Thank you Rick!

Interesting and funny as heck.
Some may consider this book doesn't take the threat of the Trump Clown Show seriously because its so funny. Rick Wilson is that very rare sighting of a Republican with functioning brain-matter!
