This is a powerful resource I will keep on hand for life, and I am constantly pointing others to when talking about fasting. This book is full of biblically sound & foundational teaching! I love that Mike goes through scripture and unpacks God’s wisdom and power that is available through fasting. Not only that, but this book is complimented by his own personal experiences and encounters with the Lord from a life of prayer and fasting. Beautifully written, the life of the Holy Spirit woven through the words on the pages. Grateful for the audio book version as well, please do more of your books this way !! 🙏🏼
