Summary

The fake Russian accent was annoying. Beyond that, this “bad ass” MMC walked into an ambush and caved instead of acting like a bad ass…

The story and performance were meh

Not a bad story. It’s very light if your familiar with “real Bratva” storyline. But it was a cute quick listen. Again if you’re looking for dark romantic rough, crazy, dark this isn’t that. But if you just trying it out then you’ll enjoy it.

This book was extremely basic. It could have been much better but it honestly seems as if the author just wanted to push out as many titles as possible.. it’s bulk.

The story line was ok but could have been so much better. It lacked the depth and character build. It had such potential. The male narrators Russian accent sounded like Adam Sandler playing Dracula…blah ba blah.

Some of the writing was smooth but the content was crude in a not so sexy way. The character development wasn't very deep so I didn't feel any attachment to the characters.
