Not a bio but a fit book

I thought this was a book about Carrie, it turned into a book about her fitness program. it was good to hear her health tips and advice though.

Different but great listen!

The only parts that I kindof skipped over were the exercises because u would need to have the PDF in front of you and be ready to exercise but I wanted to read thru book first! But it was refreshing to hear Carrie's normal life and struggles and even tho she is very disciplined beyond what I think I would want to accomplish, it was motivating that I can live my own life and find the path that works for me! Great job Carrie! 😊

not what I expected

struggled to finish it as it was hard listening to the workouts be narrated. very difficult to visualize the actusl exercise. especially as a beginner.

Love it

Amazing! Very motivational. Carrie Underwood keeps it real and is very motivational in this book. I recommend this book for anyone who is looking for motivation and ideas to lose weight and get active and is looking to make lifestyle changes.
