Very Powerful Book to Walk and Transform Your Life
Christine Whelan is an excellent pedagogue and educator. She tells stories that make you want to delve into the quest for prupose. I would have appreciated more details on the chapters in the titles and subtitles to better locate and remember the key concepts. That's the only criticism I have: I want more notes to take with me and reflect on because sometimes it's difficult to retain information and sit down to think while listening. I would like to listen to her on the go, while I'm walking, but I would also like to be able to come back to it more easily to sit down and do the exercises.

Good content but a little long winded
Some good content to make you focus on what is your purpose in life and how to define it. A little long winded for me though as the real content is fluffed up with generalities to make it long enough to be a book.
