Very good but wanted more

I wish there had been more to this book. It was very good in its content but I wanted more.

Abridged version

While I had hoped to find an unabridged audiobook of First Things, this edition is a solid second. It captures the essence of the book and a little more. This is a good choice if you don't need to "immersion read" the original.

COMPLETELY USELESS

What disappointed you about First Things First?

The audio book seems like an abridged version of an abridged version of an abridged version. It is extremely short, gives no actual details, and essentially covers only the introduction of each concept but never gets into the details of them. I could make the same audio book and charge you half the price and all I would have to do is read the Intro of the book, and the first few pages of each concept. Easy 5 bucks.

Dishonest

I feel that it was not obvious that this was a very abridged version of the original. Very disappointed.

Too short

Only about an hour of content. Doesn’t give enough details. I wish they made the whole book available.

Abridged!

This is not the whole book. I'm exceptionally disappointed. What a waste of money. Wow.

Short version

This is an abridged version and not the whole book. Wish it was the whole book.

On Repeat

This is the stuff you listen to 20 times in one day (the most impactful segments like the analogy of the farm) Then you think about it for one day. Then you listen to it 20 more times. Then you write some stuff down. Then you begin to walk it out. Then your life is changed. Excellent book.

It would have been five stars.

And I purchased this audiobook with the assumption that it was the complete text of the written version. It is not. It is profoundly edited and truncated. Additionally, even though the principles are contained herein, the detail and some of the background as well as chapter layout does not appear to be. You would do well to listen to this over and over, but you would do better to read the actual text. Still and yet, exceptional content. Exceptional principles. And totally worthwhile.
