A great entry in this fierce series full of morally grey characters and biting dialogue, FOR KING AND CORRUPTION is a ride!

Quinn Darkova faces her largest challenge yet: keeping King Lazarus safe while his court attempts to undermine and make demands of him while a new player enters the field.

Quinn is at her most cruel here, using her power ruthlessly to prove her points, no matter the damage it does. While she gets ferocious, I still found her compelling. Lazarus, too, has a great arc as he attempts to balance his court and his heart. Side characters like Risk and Draven were also given time to shine and have a bond that I found endearing.

The plot is filled with dark, even gruesome moments. Another reminder that this series relishes its wicked characters and their actions. It ends on a huge cliffhanger and I cannot wait to see how the series ends!

I loved this one because the slow burn finally ended! 😅🔥

But seriously, this series was amazing and it continued the reunion we all craved.

You got to know a bunch of new and old side characters more and if found myself hooked from the start until finished.

I read this one in one day, it was so good!
