Essential

Good for work and personal life. Could have prevented a lot of problems if I’d known this information sooner.

Thin on real content

Even though the information in the book is valid, the information contained is nothing new

Doesn’t really give enough details

Very general information and uses examples that skim over the details of how to deal with a difficult person. He almost over simplifies things. It’s very short which is a positive but he doesn’t give you enough information to use his methods effectively.
