Very healing

This was just wonderful and I will use the meditations many more times. The narrator is soothing and kind and I felt better- more open- after each practice.

Excellent introduction

A superb and meaningful guided beginning to meditating. The meditations are short but deep. Highly recommend to all new mediator out there.
