Very insightful

great read for understanding your gut health

I'm struggling with heartburn, this book gave me some great advice to understand why and what I can do to try to fix it by making a diary of what I eat so I can track the symptoms to the possible cause. thank you Dr McMillan!!!

full of great information

hearing this, you will really understand the difference between a truly knowledgeable dietitian and one who just can say, "just puree your food and avoid ____" I am definitely eating differently and more conscious of what I feed my family after listening.

Interesting

Very valuable information on digestive system and gut health, presented in a simple, concise and clear manner. The talk makes it quite easy to identify the mistakes one might be doing or may not doing, for maintaining overall health and routine food habits. Would recommend to everyone who eats and poops!

lots info if you want to get to know your gut

could be very technical and you need to pay attention to it to fully understand, but definitely solved lots of my questions.

coming from the point of having not any previous knowledge of nutrition I feel this title is completely amazing in the fact it is easy to understand and super informative great introduction for me and I am more than inspired!
