Great resource for new managers

Case-based chapters are extremely valuable in helping understand the problems that a new manager faces. The solutions provided shed light on several opportunities available to alleviate the pain points during the initial transition.

This book is a great resource to look back at during the initial stages of the journey because it goes through several scenarios.
