Awesome Tips For Personal Improvement
I am very familiar with all that is in this audiobook. Over time, life got busier, I steered away from that important part of balance and traded happiness. The effects of losing my joy were, at times, devastating. This book is a timely reminder and a lifesaver in the moment. I'm so glad I bought it. I highly recommend reading this book both as a premptive and responsive measure then making it a lifestyle habit toward balance and self-preservation.

Some good, easy takeaways here
If you’re a big podcast listener of interview shows like Tim Ferris, you’ve probably heard loads of guests come on and talk about the concepts the Dr. Sharp goes through in this series.
Nevertheless, I found each episode had a clear takeaway that I can easily incorporate into my life.
Worth a listen for sure!

Not for me
Unfortunately, I have not enjoyed this podcast. I find it boring and difficult to listen to. It is repetitive info (re: nothing I haven't heard already) - which wouldn't be bad, if the host were engaging to listen to. I don't like to give negative reviews, so I apologize, but I wish I could remove this podcast from my library.

Love it.
So happy to have found this podcast. It’s not rocket science and it’s not really anything you haven’t heard before, but it’s great and simple advice that’s laid out in a comprehensible way. Dr. Happy makes it all seem realistic and manageable.

Great book
I found this podcast very helpful. I will definitely listen to it again. I was very happy to listen to the bonus chapter whereby Dr. Sharp discussed the steps in relation with importance of finding happiness in the pandemic. I highly recommend it.

Solid Practical Advice
I enjoyed how the content is broken down into 10 practical chapters with ample examples and testimonials. I have started implementing many of the habits and have seen improvement in my quality of life.
