Different in a Good Way

Thank-You Mel Wells, This Book Has Changed My Life

Finished this book tonight; on Audible, and WOW! This book has helped me SO MUCH. Over the past few months I've had such bad anxiety around food and this book has helped me start to build a much healthier relationship with food, and see food in a completely different light.
I can't be more thankful to @iammelwells for this inspirational book. Not only did this book help me to start my journey to a healthier relationship with food, but it got me to really truly start loving myself for who I am right now in this moment, because this girl right here, the me I am today, is the girl that is gonna get me to my goals, and she needs love too!!!
I feel so much more connected to who I am right now, and it's easier to look in the mirror and actually smile back at myself now. I'm learning to have a good relationship with MYSELF and to nourish my mind, my body and my soul because the Goddess in Me deserves to be Healthy, Happy and Confident.
I'm feeling so blessed to have come across this book, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is struggling with their food choices, body image and self-love right now!

Life changing!
