Escaping a bad situation

Our heroine turns to her sister after a bad breakup, who in turn assigns one of her doms to help her adjust. Turns out they adjust quite well.

This is an erotic romance with strong elements of D/S. The story is very well written, very entertaining and very steamy. The characters are well developed and realistic, even the supporting cast. Our hero and heroine has wonderful chemistry and support each other through some troubled spots. All of this made for a very enjoyable reading/listening pleasure.

As this review is based on the audiobook release, I should also point out that the narration was clearly enunciated and well done with one minor flaw. That flaw is that the narrator apparently was not taught about periods as there were often no pauses and one sentence frequently blended right into the next. Other than that, it was a pleasure to listen to.

Highly recommended.

Horrible narration

Story is fantastic. But the reader is boring and almost annoying. Having a hard time finishing it

Enjoyable

I enjoyed this story. It was entertaining and hot. I liked the characters and the way the story played out. We get to see the characters build a relationship and grow with what has happened to them. Mallory has been in an abusive relationship and has to deal with the repercussion from that. She is drawn to Max and they have to figure that out in the midst of it all, while being in, essentially, a secret sex club that her sister runs. Mallory gets to explore some of the BDSM aspects with Max through this story. The narrator was only okay for me, something just didn’t seem to click. She didn’t do a bad job just didn’t connect for me. Overall. I thoroughly enjoyed the story and would be interested in the rest of the series.

If you're looking for a fast paced intense sizzling hot romance with lots of delicious sexual excitement then your going to love this awesome audiobook! The chemistry between Max and Mallory is so damn hot you’ll be hanging onto every single word. This mesmerizing storyline will intrigue you with plenty of delicious sizzle perfectly place to keep you panting throughout the entire story! You just won’t be able to pause this one for even a second! I throughly enjoyed this standalone HEA and recommend it to anyone looking for a awesome sweet panty melting audiobook! I can’t wait to see what’s coming next in this smoking hot Club Inferno Series! So don’t pass up this audiobook your gonna love it! I also thought narrator Emme Taylor did a fantastic job bringing this audiobook to life! Great job!

Feeling it

Trigger warnings! I wish that I'd have known going in about some of the that were addressed in this book. Drug abuse and domestic violence are mentioned at the very start. So no spoilers there. I love the way that the author dealt with these issues. Not just a brief mention and forgotten. Now on to the rest of the story. This book was so hot. Not overly sexed like it could have been. Especially considering the setting. It wasn't rushed, the character development was well done, the romance was well drawn out, and thre storyline just pulls you in and holds you from the start. My only negative was the resolution with the ex. Everything else was awesome.

Club Inferno - book 1 (I'm hooked)

What a read/listen. First in a series that can be read as a stand alone but once you read this steamy, sweet romance, you'll just want to keep reading. I loved Max and Mallorys dynamic. I especially loved Max's gentleness and dominance. Loved the idea of this Club Couture and its secrets. Well written steamy and sweet romance! I think it would be great with a dual narration m/f. Hope to be able to listen to the rest of this series!

A story of a battered woman doctor and a physically and mentally abused child, turned martial artist as an adult. The woman learns to find her sexuality when she runs to her sister and falls in love. They find themselves and have their HEA.

The narration is almost top-notch. The narrator did a good job on making it distinguishable on what women were talking, but failed on the men.
