There are more?!

I love this whole series thus far (only just found out that it is not a trilogy!). It's pretty much Sherlock in space, with all the sword and gun fights one would expect from a 40K novel. Not sure where it can go from here, but I am excited to find out.

A story with characters you will love and miss. The story of Gregor Eisenhorn is one worth listening to. Keeps you pinned and keep listening. Great character developments and storytelling. Best 40k story ive heard so far.

This was Tough

This isn't like the first two. This story is a hard one. I hated every moment that went by. It was painful. I don't mean the writing or narration; they were just as great, as is to be expected. The story was well done too. However, that story hurt. A lot.

A mostly fulfilling ending to most of the story

A mostly fulfilling ending, although I tend to heavily dislike stories in which the hero, (&/or anti-hero), isn't permitted by the author to obtain any truly meaningful sense of closure, happiness, relief, love, etc., etc., but instead are left mostly alone, damaged, and unable to move forward in any healthy way, (ie. Batman).

A must listen.

The Eisenhorn trilogy is, simply put, one the best stories the black library has to offer. the warhammer 40k universe brought to life on a grand scale.

characteristics great

a study of corruption in those who supposedly protect a space based empire from corruption in a paranoid war torn backstabbing galaxy that has forgotten history but is full of the undead who never forget

This book and the series in it self are a mastepiece.
Althou the ending feels abit short. Its delivers, ooh yeah... It delivers!

Worth every cent, penny, what ever currency you are using. Its worth every last one of them.

Great Story, Great Reader

An audiobook is often made or unmade by the reader. This performance is amazing, and the shift in voice to accommodate the various characters is by far the best part of the reading. The series is one of my favorites, and made better by the incredible performance.
