Erin Hunter’s #1 bestselling Warriors series continues with the second book in the Changing Skies arc, as the Clans continue to navigate an ominous prophecy that foreshadows the end of the cats' connection to StarClan.

Still healing from an accident that almost killed her, Tawnypelt is eager to share the message she received from StarClan about a “great peril” looming over the clans. But her vision is dismissed by her son and leader, Tigerstar, leaving Tawnypelt with no choice but to take action on her own.

Racked with guilt that he caused his father’s death, Starlingpaw is determined to atone for his mistake. His chance comes when Tawnypelt warns him of a “two-faced cat” intent on destroying the clans. Believing himself uniquely suited to find this cat and stop them, Starlingpaw seizes on the opportunity to prove that he is an asset, and not a liability, to SkyClan.

Moonpaw is settling into her role as a Thunderclan apprentice, even as she continues to grapple with the voice in her head. But the more she tries to ignore the voice, the louder—and angrier—it grows.

Meanwhile, Twolegs have set their sights on the Moonpool, preventing the Clans from reaching StarClan. Will the cats find a way to reach their ancestors before all is lost?

Narrator clearly not familiar with series and mispronounces so many names stumbles through the story. Some parts feel way too rushed some feel way too slow bridge heart seriously. inappropriate voices for characters and generally little to know decent narration. I want someone who’s actually familiar with the book that I actually put soul into narration and not just use a pretty monotone voice to narrate the whole thing

Narrator sucks

I’ll never buy a warriors audiobook again if they keep this voice. Im going back to paperback. There were points i questioned if it was AI. Pronouncing Brightheart as Bridge eart at one point. Zero actual voice acting. Pausing on each new page, mid sentence.

As for the story, while I’m looking forward to older characters taking the spotlight, the plot has been done too many times. Starclan is unreachable, send a prophecy to a non medicine cat, no one believes them until it’s too late. Give us something new and fresh story-wise while building on these old characters. We don’t need chapters dedicated to traveling, hunting, training. It’s getting very old.

Sincerely, a devout fan who’s read every book over and over.

Probably the worst warriors audiobook

The lack of quality control on an audiobook that costs $25 CAD is ridiculous. The narrator rushes through the text, and has clearly not read the book before narrating it. Auditory stumbles, mid-sentence pauses, awkward sentence cadence, inappropriate voices for characters or no voice acting at all, and straight up incorrect pronunciations ("Bridgeheart" instead of Brightheart is a HUGE error that proofing should've caught)... I've never winced so often while listening to an audiobook.

The story itself is fine, just stick to the ebook or hard copy.

Nearly unlistenable
